පුද්ගලික දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ ප්රතිපත්තිය:
ශ්රී ලංකාවේ පුද්ගලික දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ පනතට (Personal Data Protection Act) අනුකූලව ඔබගේ තොරතුරුවල රහස්යභාවය හා ආරක්ෂාව තහවුරු කිරීම අපගේ ප්රමුඛතාවය වේ.
1. අප එකතු කරනු ලබන තොරතුරු (Information We Collect)
අපගේ පද්ධතියේ ලියාපදිංචි වීමේදී සහ සේවාවන් ලබාගැනීමේදී පහත තොරතුරු ආරක්ෂිතව ලබාගනු ලැබේ:
- ගිණුම් විස්තර: ඔබගේ නම, විද්යුත් තැපෑල (Email), දුරකථන අංකය.
- ගෙවීම් සහ බැංකු විස්තර: Withdrawals සහ Reloads සඳහා ඔබ ලබාදෙන බැංකු ගිණුම් අංක, ශාඛා සහ ජංගම දුරකථන අංක.
- Social Tasks Verification: Social Media Tasks තහවුරු කිරීම සඳහා ඔබ Upload කරන Proof Screenshots.
2. තොරතුරු භාවිත කරන ආකාරය (How We Use Information)
- ඔබගේ සක්රීය Subscriptions සහ Daily Tasks නිවැරදිව කළමනාකරණය කිරීමට.
- ලබාදෙන Withdrawal Requests පරීක්ෂා කර Mobile Reloads සහ Bank Transfers නිවැරදිව යොමු කිරීමට.
- වංචනික ක්රියා, Fake Accounts සහ Bot භාවිතයන් නිරීක්ෂණය කර පද්ධතියේ ආරක්ෂාව තහවුරු කිරීමට.
3. දත්ත රහස්යභාවය සහ තෙවන පාර්ශ්ව (Data Sharing & Privacy)
- අප ඔබගේ කිසිදු පුද්ගලික තොරතුරක් තෙවන පාර්ශ්වයන් වෙත විකිණීම හෝ අලෙවිකරණ කටයුතු සඳහා ලබාදීම සිදු නොකරයි.
- ශ්රී ලංකාවේ නීතිමය බලධාරීන් විසින් කරනු ලබන නිල ඉල්ලීමකදී හැර අන් කිසිදු අවස්ථාවක දත්ත පිටතට ලබා නොදේ.
4. දත්ත ආරක්ෂාව (Data Security)
පද්ධති ආරක්ෂාව:
ඔබගේ මුරපද (Passwords) Encrypted ආකාරයෙන් ගබඩා කර ඇති අතර, අනවසර පිවිසුම් වැළැක්වීමට නවීන Firewalls සහ SSL ආරක්ෂණ ක්රමවේදයන් භාවිතා වේ.
5. ඔබගේ අයිතීන් (Your Rights)
- ඔබගේ Profile Settings හරහා ඕනෑම වේලාවක පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු යාවත්කාලීන කිරීමට හෝ වෙනස් කිරීමට ඔබට අයිතිය ඇත.
- ඔබගේ ගිණුම සහ දත්ත පද්ධතියෙන් ඉවත් කිරීමට අවශ්ය නම්, අපගේ Support Group/Admin හරහා ඉල්ලීමක් ඉදිරිපත් කළ හැක.
